He is survived by: his children, Maurice Fulkerson, Dennis Fulkerson (Lois), Linda Moxley (Kenny) and Annette Chandler (Jerry); and his brothers, B. J. Fulkerson and Thomas Fulkerson. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 30 greatgrandchildren, and 10 great-greatgrandchildren.
