He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry McDowell and Elizabeth Daniel (Davison); his wife Anna Louise Daniel (Kauffeld); and his siblings, Sam Daniel, Doris Courtney and Marjorie Probus.
He is survived by: his children, Jeffrey Scott Daniel of Pelican Rapids, Allen Henry Daniel (Dawn) of Hebron, IN. and Sharon Daniel Goodman (Patrick) of Grand Forks; his siblings, Eugene "Gene" Daniel (Karen) of Fordsville and Sue McDaniel of Fordsville; and his grandchildren, Ryan Daniel, Jeremy Daniel, Johnathan Daniel, Sarah Goodman, Paige Goodman, Samuel Goodman and Jill Goodman.
