He is survived by: his children, Keith Smith (Missy) of Alexandria Ky, Sherry Hon (Mark) of Sparta Ky, Sheilah Wynn (Phillip) of Williamstown Ky, Teddy Smith of Walton Ky and Creed Smith of Elsmere Ky. He is also survived by several grandchildren and numerous family and friends.
