He is survived by: his fiancée Carrie Scott; his children, Aundrea Furguson (Chris Hoober), Hannah Casebolt, Eric Rice (Megan), Josh Howard and David Krummen; his sisters, Tonya McCarthy and Shevonna Leaverton; and his grandchildren, Aimee Howard, Sarah Sharp, Harper Krummen, Callie Rice, Jocelyn Hoober, Ian Perry-Hoober, Aidan Selzer and Grayson Hoober. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
