He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, William Bailey and Mayola Bailey (Scalf); his wife Bobbie; and his children, Marianne Branham (Lowell), Nancy White (David) and William T. Bailey. He was also cherished by 6 grandchildren, and 10 great-grand children.
