With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Teresa Kay Mosley-Capps of Florence, Kentucky, who passed away on January 18, 2025 at the age of 50. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

Though Teresa Kay may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Teresa Kay touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.

She was predeceased by: her mother Patricia A. Scott Mosley; and her daughter Faith Marie Louthan. She is survived by: her sister Tina A. Mosley; her sons, Philip Shaun Capps and Matthew Louthan; and her grandchild Lennon Louthan.

Visitation was held on Thursday, January 23rd 2025 from 12:30 PM to 2:30 PM at the Evans Funeral Home (741 Center St, Milford, OH 45150). A funeral service was held on Thursday, January 23rd 2025 from 1:30 PM to 2:30 PM at the same location.
