Though Teresa Kay may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Teresa Kay touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. She was predeceased by: her mother Patricia A. Scott Mosley; and her daughter Faith Marie Louthan. She is survived by: her sister Tina A. Mosley; her sons, Philip Shaun Capps and Matthew Louthan; and her grandchild Lennon Louthan.
