He is survived by: his children, Lucas Lee Black (Kathlyn) of Winchester, KY and Livia Michele Black Sevenants; and his wife Denise Michele Moore Black. He is also survived by His sisters and brothers-in-law, as well as many cousins, nieces and nephews, and great nieces and nephews.
