She is survived by: her children, Mickey Maynard (Amy) and Bradley "Brad" Maynard (Emily); and her grandchildren, Morgan Maynard (Taylor), Jenna Stamper (Tyler), Aaron Maynard, Katie Adams, Ethan Maynard and Sarah Maynard.
