He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilbur R. Foltz and Jane I. Foltz; and his brother Billy Foltz. He is survived by: his children, Tonia Coleman (James), R. J. Foltz and Shane Foltz; his stepgrandchildren, Makenna and Garrett Coleman; his siblings, Jan Kuper (Jack), Silvia Saylor, Rhonda Reynolds (Joe) and Charlie Foltz; and his nieces and nephews, John Kuper, Rob Kuper, Angie Kuper, Bridgett Saylor, Bill Saylor, Joe Saylor, Reagan Reynolds, Lisa Foltz, Lori Foltz, Becky Cortrell, Chris Foltz, Amy Blom and Andrew Foltz.
