He was predeceased by: his wife Carole Ruth Oliver. He is survived by: his niece Linda Steinfort; his children, Elizabeth Oliver, Dr. Richard Oliver (Michael Kelley) and Melissa Manning (Randy); and his grandsons, Tyler Manning (Megan) and Spencer Manning (Herb Castillo). He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.
