He was predeceased by: his wife Joyce (Poole); his parents, Bob and Alma; and his siblings, Freddie, Jessie and Libby.

He is survived by: his children, Beverly (Joel), Kathy (Dennis) and Jeff (Jennifer); and his brothers, Robert and Billy. He is also survived by six grandchildren and one great granddaughter.
