She was predeceased by: her father Miles Nickell Sr. Penny; her son JJ Hornsby; her stepfather Billy Cates; her brother Miles Nickell Jr. (Sheri); and her grandparents, Warner, Eloise Nickell, Hazel and Cliff Vickers.
She is survived by: her mother Debbie Cates (Nickell); her siblings, Rachael Eibeck (Terry), Melissa McMillan (Shawn) and Matthew Nickell (Summer); her children, Chasity Hornsby (Timothy Stepp) and Zachary Hornsby, Sr. (Victoria Clark); and her grandchildren, Willow, Oaklee, Cypress and Zachary Jr..
Visitation was held on Thursday, November 7th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Mission Church of God (7851 Tanners Ln, Florence, KY 41042). A funeral service was held on Thursday, November 7th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
