He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Hicks and Hazel Hicks. He is survived by: his wife Joyce Hicks; his children, Michael (Jennifer) and Miranda Hicks; and his stepson William "BJ" England. He is also survived by two sisters; six grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
