She is survived by: her husband Paul G. Collins; her children, Carol Leedy (Phillip), Paul Collins Jr. (Elizabeth), Kenneth Collins (Deborah) and Sarah Evans; her grandchildren, Meghann Leedy, Mason Collins (Caroline), Geneva Hall (Andrew), Benjamin Sasser, Derek Collins, Alex Collins, Amanda Collins, Taylor Evans and Jayden Evans; her great grandchildren, James Collins and Samuel Collins; her sisters, Mary Shockley and Gwynne Katzenbach (George); and her nephew Ken Bartuka. She is also survived by extended family and dear friends.
