He was predeceased by: his mother Hazel Morgan. He is survived by: his children, Thomas Horn and Elise Turner; the mother of his children Kathy Horn Wood; and his siblings, Randall, Jerry Horn, Caroline Shaefer, Janice Horn and Brenda Fillhardt.
