He was predeceased by: his father José Isabel Chaves Martínez. He is survived by: his wife Lucia Enriquez; his daughter Alexa; and his mother Leticia Cruz Martínez. He is also survived by many other family members and friends.
Visitation was held on Monday, December 30th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Cristo Rey Roman Catholic Church (25 Cavalier Blvd, Florence, KY 41042). A funeral service was held on Monday, December 30th 2024 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks for donations to support his daughter Alexa's future education.
