She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Harrison Vance and Bertha Evaline [Davis] Vance; her husband Michael Wayne Smith; her grandson Brandon Greene; her siblings, Johnny Ray Vance and Arlene G. Ferguson; and her son-in-law John Joseph Greene.
She is survived by: her children, Berthena Vance, Rhonda Smith, Joseph "J. M." Richards and Mary Juilfs (Michael); her great grandchild Marc "Pistol" Juilfs; and her siblings, Gelema Bucklen (Ron), Thurston G. Vance (Sue), June Ferguson (Kenny) and Pat Hager (Darrell).
Visitation was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Chambers & Grubbs Funeral Home - Florence (8461 Dixie Hwy, Florence, KY 41042). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at 9:00 AM at the same location.
