She was predeceased by: her parents, Percy White and Marion Lena [Underwood] White; and her husband Charles Benjamin Sammet (Chuck). She is survived by: her children, Eileen Heasley (Jim) and Charles "Chuck" Sammet (Allison); and her grandchildren, James M. Heasley, Jr., Christopher Mack, Benjamin Sammet and Alyssa Sammet.
