He was predeceased by: his parents, John Smith and Dorothy Smith; his wife Lula Smith; and his sister Imogene Turner. He is survived by: his daughter Vicki Gullion (Andy); his siblings, Jackie Vance of Jackson, KY, Mitchel Smith of Jackson, KY and Lyndon Smith of Jackson, KY; his grandchildren, Spencer Gullion and Cece; and his brother Cooper Gullion.
A graveside service was held on Monday, November 4th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Cherry Fork Cemetery (14133 OH-136, Winchester, OH 45697).
