He was predeceased by: his parents, Emma and Bradley. He is survived by: his wife Carol Ann; his children, Theresa Donohoe, Kathy McEntush and Jeff Combs; and his grandsons, Matthew Donohoe, Aaron McEntush, Nathan Combs and Nicholas Combs.
