She was predeceased by: her parents, Neville Hoffman and Cora Hoffman; and her husband Jack R. Ely. She is survived by: her son Rodney Curtis Ely (Olga); her grandson Chad Ely (Rachel); and her great grandchildren, Alysia Renae Aguilar (Alberto) and Chase Curtis Ely. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, September 30th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Stith Funeral Home (7500 U. S. Hwy 42, Florence, KY 41042). A funeral service will be held on Monday, September 30th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
