He was predeceased by: his parents, Rev. Isaac Samuel and Alcie Jane New (Keith); his siblings, Leo New, Leland New, Forrest New, Monnie Coffey, Ethel Tucker, Mossie Jones, Juanita, Willa Dean Hamilton, Easter Tucker and Luttie Tucker; and his great grandchild Aiden Wagner.
He is survived by: his wife Stella Joyce New (Keith); his children, Debbie Wagner (Bruce), David New, Barb King (Tim) and Terri Lindeman (Tyler); his grandchildren, Sara Brandon, Zoe, Megan, Timmy, Amber and Angel; and his great grandchildren, Mollie, Nora, Crew, Kaleb, Laney, Jarrett, Kyle, Brooke, Kendall, Theodore and Vivian.
