It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gilbert Paul Souder of Florence, Kentucky, born in Williamstown, Kentucky, who passed away on February 24, 2024, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Paul and Ada Lee Taylor Souder; his wife Elizabeth "Libby" Ruth Dunn; and his siblings, Clarence Souder, Jr., Ada Skirvin, Callie Barnett and Juanita Souder.
He is survived by: his children, Steve Souder (Chrystal) of Verona and Angie Deitmaring (Mike) of Union; his siblings, John Souder (Lucie) of Dry Ridge and Christine Scroggins of Williamstown; his grandchildren, Brittany Farrell, Megan Taylor, Michael Deitmaring, Jr., Amanda Deitmaring, Cassidy Souder and Cameron Souder; and his great grandchildren, Kailee, Isaiah, Noah, Max, Myles, Carson and Matthew.
