He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley Bernard Finke and Charlotte Faye [Aylor] Finke; and his sister Diane Claudette England. He is survived by: his children, Tonya, Charles Ray Blakeman, Bridget Finke and Leanne Farmer; and his nieces, Charlotte Lee England-Clark and Theresa Diane England Scott.
