She is survived by: her mother Selma Osborn; her children, Neal Stambaugh (Krista), Lana Stambaugh (John) and Scott Stambaugh (Amy); her granddaughters, Brooklynn and Macy Stambaugh; and her pets, Rosie and Cupid.

In honor of Ella's love for animals, specifically cats, memorials are suggested to the Boone County Animal Shelter, 5643 Idlewild Rd, Burlington, KY 41005.
