She was predeceased by: her parents, Martha Pennington and James Pennington; her former husband Oscar Mullins; her children, Shirley Ann Mullins and E. J. Mullins; her grandson Darrel Mullins, Jr.; and her siblings, James Pennington, Robert Lee Pennington, Faye Greer, Lois York and Geraldine Hardin.
She is survived by: her sons, Darrel Mullins (Jeanie) and Rob Mullins (Donna); her husband Maynard Smith; her grandchildren, Aubrey Mullins, Brad Mullins, Mackenzie Mullins, Tammy Partin and Elizabeth Huddleston; her great grandchildren, Desiree Mullins and Harper Mullins; and her sisters, Betty Buckler, Sylvia Fitzgibbon (Mike) and Mary Lou Cox. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews, and many other relatives and friends.
