She was predeceased by: her parents, Martha Pennington and James Pennington; her former husband Oscar Mullins; her children, Shirley Ann Mullins and E. J. Mullins; her grandson Darrel Mullins, Jr.; and her siblings, James Pennington, Robert Lee Pennington, Faye Greer, Lois York and Geraldine Hardin.
She is survived by: her sons, Darrel Mullins (Jeanie) and Rob Mullins (Donna); her husband Maynard Smith; her grandchildren, Aubrey Mullins, Brad Mullins, Mackenzie Mullins, Tammy Partin and Elizabeth Huddleston; her great grandchildren, Desiree Mullins and Harper Mullins; and her sisters, Betty Buckler, Sylvia Fitzgibbon (Mike) and Mary Lou Cox. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews, and many other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, January 22nd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Chambers & Grubbs Funeral Home - Florence (8461 Dixie Hwy, Florence, KY 41042). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, January 22nd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Wednesday, January 22nd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Burlington Cemetery (2512 Burlington Pike, Burlington, KY 41005).
