He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilmer J. Osborne and Viola Mae Osborne; his brother Roger L.; and his sister-in-law Rita S. Osborne. He is survived by: his wife Pamela S Osborne; his children, Kelli Ann Osborne (Amy Ford) and Kevin Osborne (Anna); his granddaughters, Kate Osborne and Caroline Osborne; and his nephews, Christopher and Patrick Osborne.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the First Church of Christ (6080 Camp Ernst Rd, Burlington, KY 41005). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to First Church of Christ or the charity of your choice.
