He was predeceased by: his parents, Oakley France and Magdalene France (Stewart); and his siblings, Roger France, Leon France, Earl France, Cecil France and Edith Cade.
He is survived by: his children, Sheila White and Johnny France; and his siblings, Edna McMillian, Virginia Crawford, Don France and Elmer France. He is also survived by 3 grandchildren.
The military honors was held on Wednesday, March 12th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Kentucky Veterans Cemetery North (205 Eibeck Ln, Williamstown, KY 41097).
