He was predeceased by: his parents, Harvey Sullivan and EllaRee Sullivan; his wife Joy Sullivan; his son Dana Lenhof; and his brothers, Ray, Leo and Bill Sullivan.
He is survived by: his children, Karen Sullivan, Tim Lenhof (Shelly) and Marty Lenhof (Sharon); his grandchildren, Chris Lenhof (Vic), Cayse Wright (Brian), Ashleigh Shields (Mike), Sarah Voelker (Pete), Lindsay Lenhof, Stephanie Bonfilio (Ben), Aaron Niceley, Brandon Lenhof (Nicole) and Rebecca Smith; and his brother Harold Sullivan (Marlene). He is also survived by 23 great-grandchildren.
