He was predeceased by: his parents, Ceaberry Noel and Snowdie Noel; and his siblings, Ronald Noel and Martha Beall. He is survived by: his wife Sue Noel; his children, Karen Winebrenner and Keith Noel (Molly); his grandchildren, Derek Winebrenner (Olivia), Maegan Clark (Ryan), Halle Gusweiler (Jack) and Carly Noel; his great grandchildren, Avery Clark, Easton Clark, Levi Winebrenner, Milo Winebrenner and Cecilia Gusweiler; and his son-in-law Jeff Winebrenner. He is also survived by his family dearly, his grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, February 6th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Stith Funeral Home (7500 U. S. Hwy 42, Florence, KY 41042). A funeral service was held on Thursday, February 6th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
