He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Margaret and Eddie Hammond. He is survived by: his parents, Steven Barry Hammond and Ivey Rae Tate Jones; his wife Peggy Gooding Hammond; his children, Cody Emmons (Sarah) and Haylae Edmond (Aaron); his grandchildren, Easton Grant Emmons, Cohen Pierce Emmons and Kolson Dean Edmond; and his siblings, Douglas Hammond (Monica) and Danielle Burke (Rebecca).
