With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Sadie Rice of Flemingsburg, Kentucky, who passed away on January 13, 2025. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Sadie Rice to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her mother Addie Gardner; her husband Jessee Willard Saunders; her father Melvin; her sisters, Mary Gertrude Hedges, Hazel Jackson, Wanda Joyce Faris, Nellie Ruth Conley and Helen Conley; and her former spouse Estil Rice of Fleming County.
She is survived by: her grandson Brad Saunders (Judy); her great grandchild Lily Saunders of La Grange; and her stepdaughter Sharon Rice. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, extended family members and special friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Boone-Nickell Funeral Home (150 W Water St, Flemingsburg, KY 41041). A funeral service was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
