He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert C. Allen and Myrtle Roberts Allen Perkins; and his siblings, Clell Allen, Oval Allen and Marilyn "Diane" Planck.
He is survived by: his siblings, Alberta "Bertie" Allen, Jerry Allen (Judy) and Noel Perkins; and his brother-in-law Terry Planck. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, extended family, and many friends.
