She was predeceased by: her husbands, Donald Monroe and Fred Carver; her children, James Donald Monroe and Janet Lynn Monroe; her sisters, Karen Woodard and Paula Pickert; and her close friend Pat Hotaling.
She is survived by: her children, Jeffery Monroe, Jarrod Monroe, Judy Fink and JoAnn McNeill; her siblings, Rolland Teichert, Maria Coville and Terri Mullen; and her close friend Robert Hotaling. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren; several great grandchildren.
