She was predeceased by: her parents, James Tobe Pettit and Amanda Helen Bradshaw Pettit; and her siblings, Hubert Pettit, Leon Pettit, Bob Pettit, Vernon Pettit, Emerson Pettit, Madge Wakely and Abby Lovell Caudill.
She is survived by: her husband Paul Taylor; her daughters, Beverly Denton of Lexington and Paula Fryman (Billy) of Ewing; her grandchildren, Jaime Rau of Lexington, Eric Rau (Lehua) of New York, Mackenzie Fryman of Ewing and Zachary Fryman of Ewing; and her great grandchildren, Syrus Farmer of Lexington, Ella Farmer of Lexington and Ilima Rau of New York. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews, and other extended family and friends.
