With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joetta Marshall of Flemingsburg, Kentucky, born in Maysville, Kentucky, who passed away on August 24, 2021 at the age of 59. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Wayne L. Snapp and Barbara O. James Snapp; and her sister Paula Marshall. She is survived by: her husband Rick Marshall; her daughters, Christa Shoemaker and Miranda Utterback (David); her grandchildren, Jeg Flora, Dawson Flora, Mackenzi Utterback and Ryleigh Utterback; and her brother Larry Snapp (Whitney).
