With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joe Borders of Flemingsburg, Kentucky, born in Salyersville, Kentucky, who passed away on January 8, 2023 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Dewey Borders and Dora Pennix Borders. He is survived by: his wife Stella E. Smalley Borders; his children, Pamela Richards of Dayton, Ohio and Terry Joe Borders of Dayton, Ohio; his grandsons, Joshua Richards and Chad Richards of Dayton; and his stepgranddaughter Amber Bloom of Wilmington, Ohio. He is also survived by three great grandchildren; four step great, great grandchildren; and one brother.
