He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Lee Purvis and Joellen Brady Purvis. He is survived by: his children, Aaron Lee Purvis and Amber Dawn Purvis; his grandchildren, Kamryn Lee Purvis, Brennan Purvis and Jaylyn Purvis; his fiancée Brenda Lamkin; and his sister Angela Parson.
