She was predeceased by: her husband Leo Belt, Jr.; her parents, Minnie and David; her sister Jaquelin Thomas; and her close friend Gene Jett.
She is survived by: her sister Lillian Ann Shaw of Cleveland, Ohio; her nephews, David Thomas (Ann Marie) of Oregon, J. B. and David Shaw (Tamara) of Ohio; her niece Suzanne Shaw Metelko (Robert) of Ohio; and her cousin Lynn Todd (Beverly) of Indiana.
