Jackson Fern Obituary
We are sad to announce that on December 11, 2023, at the age of 18, Jackson Fern of Flemingsburg, Kentucky, born in Lexington, Kentucky passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He is survived by: his parents, John Thomas "Trae" Fern III and Stephanie Samons Fern; his sister Morgan Fern Jackson (Jared); his grandparents, John Thomas Fern, Jr., Clyda Henderson, Ronald Samons and Kathy Samons; and his uncles, Tim Brown (Tanya) and Ronnie David Samons (Mandy). He is also survived by several extended family and friends.
