It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gilbert Logan of Flemingsburg, Kentucky, who passed away on December 5, 2024, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Gilbert Logan to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Stella and Willie; and his siblings, William Garr Logan, Wallace Logan, Clyde Logan, Eddie Logan, Bennie Logan, Wilma Bretz and Juanita Kielman.
He is survived by: his wife Shirley Gulley Logan; his sons, Robbie Logan (Casey) and Eric Logan (Allison); his grandchildren, Leslie Logan (Matt Johnson), Brayden Logan, Levi Logan and Cole Logan; his stepgrandchildren, Xavier Mason, Gunner Mason, Richard Mason and Katie Newsom; his great grandchild Cora Johnson; and his siblings, Robert Logan (Jackie), Elise Gulley (Dewey) and Pauletta Kilgore. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family members and friends.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, December 10th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Boone-Nickell Funeral Home (150 W Water St, Flemingsburg, KY 41041). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, December 11th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
