She is survived by: her children, Joyce Smith Thornsberry (Vaughn) of Morehead, Kentucky, Judith Smith Richardson (Allen) of Beckley, Jeffrey Smith of Olive Hill and John Smith of Flemingsburg, Kentucky.; her grandchildren, Justin Thornsberry (Abby), Megan Thornsberry Stapleton, Chassi Smith Buckner, Emilee Smith Hamilton (Brandon), Britney Smith, Lauren Smith and Emma Smith; her great grandchildren, Breanna, Cameron Buckner, Willow Stapleton, Kingston, Graham Hamilton, Xander, Autumn and Meadow Thornsberry; her sister Gaye Fradkin; and her niece Debra Fradkin Rowars of Boca Rotan, Florida..
