It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Elsie Colgan of Flemingsburg, Kentucky, who passed away on December 15, 2022, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father John Osel Gulley, Sr.; her husband Stanley Colgan; her mother Maggie; her siblings, John Osel Gulley, Jr., Chloe Mae Morgan, Mary Frances Hester and Howard Thomas Gulley; and her sisters-in-law, Imojean Gulley and Lois Gulley.
She is survived by: her siblings, Eunice Rigdon, Robert Gulley, James Leonard Gulley, Johnny Franklin Gulley (Diane) and Kenneth Edward Gulley (Debbie). She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews; extended family members and friends.
