It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Darla Stamper of Flemingsburg, Kentucky, born in Morehead, Kentucky, who passed away on September 29, 2020, at the age of 54, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, H. C. Toy and Gladys Beatrice Bragg Toy. She is survived by: her children, Clarence Little, Jr., Tiffany Little, Jessica Little, Christopher Little, Joshua Stamper, Cheyenne Thompson and Joseph Little; her siblings, Gary Toy, Eddie Toy (Tammy), Bruce Toy, Mary Thompson, Juanita Sapp (Randy) and Bernice Toy; her nieces, Allie Bragg and Michelle of Washington; her uncle Terry Bragg; and her aunt Wanda Becraft. She is also survived by six grandchildren.
