He is survived by: his wife Barbara Mitchell; his children, Jeff Mitchell (Theresa) of Winchester and Jennifer Mitchell of Lexington; his grandchildren, Ainsley Estes, Eli Estes, Hunter Mitchell and Daxson Bowman (Sadie); his great grandchild Olivia Bowman; and his siblings, Jim Mitchell (Beth) of Chillicothe and Ramona Kay Doyle of Fleming County. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.
