She was predeceased by: her parents, Ottis Caudill and Minnie Mae Johnson Caudill; her husband James "Jimmy" Rice Foudray; and her siblings, Bobby Caudill, Dean Caudill, James Caudill, Roxanne Hamilton Fetters and Villean Caudill Maples.
She is survived by: her children, Jimmy Dean Foudray (Nicky) of Wallingford and Erika Foudray Dudley (CJ) of Flemingsburg; her grandchildren, Shyanna Jones (Trevor) of Wallingford, Sierra Ballard of Winchester, Landon Foudray of Wallingford and Arianna Foudray of Wallingford; her great grandchildren, Rayna Masoumi and Jensen Jones; her siblings, Denny Caudill (Ruby) of Bronson, Terry Caudill of Bronson, Jerry Caudill (Betty) of Bronson, Paul Caudill (Karen) of Ontario, Indiana, Debby Bohl (Danny) of Flemingsburg and Barbara Perry (Roger) of LaFollette, Tennessee; and her siblings-in-law, Linda Caudill of LaGrange, Rhoda Caudill of Carney, Oklahoma and John Foudray (Debbie) of Flemingsburg. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
