Connie Dugan Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Connie Dugan of Flemingsburg, Kentucky, who passed away on October 26, 2024 at the age of 73. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Connie Dugan to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Viola and Clyde; her siblings, Brenda Emmons Hill and Bill Emmons; and her niece Vicki Shannon.
She is survived by: her husband Don Dugan; her daughter Madonna McElfresh (Gene); her granddaughter Callie Jo McElfresh; her siblings, Melody Barron (Walt), Eddie Emmons (Debbie) and Keith Emmons (Janet); and her friend Vicky Dwelly. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, extended family.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, October 29th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Wednesday, October 30th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A funeral service was held on Wednesday, October 30th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Foxport Baptist Church (2094 Foxport Rd, Wallingford, KY 41093).
