It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Buddy Reese of Flemingsburg, Kentucky, born in Maysville, Kentucky, who passed away on July 14, 2024, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Buddy may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the echoes of his kindness, the warmth of his embrace, and the light of his enduring love.
He was predeceased by: his siblings, Jean Hilterbrand, Ronald Reese, Everett Lee Reese, Brenda Sue Hamm and Clora May Hamm.
He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Sue Shrout Reese; and his children, Elizabeth Jane Fields, Debbie Johnson (Doug), Wayne Reese (Ann), Mary Hunt (Chuckie), David Reese and Jeff Reese. He is also survived by his seven grandchildren; his 10 great grandchildren; along with many extended family members and friends.
