He was predeceased by: his parents, Alban Dorsey and Lydia Weaver Clark; his siblings, Bob Dorsey, Ronnie Clark, Dallas Lee Clark and Richard Clark; and his stepbrother Carl Rice.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Browning Dorsey; his daughters, Darlene Sue Porter (Melvin) of Lexington, Kathy Lee Wright (Anthony) of Lexington and Jennifer Gayle Hedges (Randy) of Flemingsburg; his grandchildren, Zachary Thomas Porter (Amilia), Lucy Porter, Abigail Wright, Donald Wright, Brittany Rexroat (Jason), Allison Hedges and Tyler Hedges; and his great grandchildren, Henry Porter, Vera Rexroat and Ada Rexroat.
