He was predeceased by: his great-grandparent Dorothy Abram. He is survived by: his parents, Angela Marie Stevens Askearing (Michael) of Flatwoods, KY and Kelly Lynn Hill (Sandra) of Sulphur Springs, TX.; his brothers, Nicholas Stevens (Cera) of Flatwoods, KY and Samuel Estep of Flatwoods, KY; his niece Lilly Stevens; his grandparents, Phillip and Alice Stevens of Greenup; and his uncles, Alex Stevens (Danielle) of Garner, NC and Phillip Stevens Jr. of Smithfield, NC.
A memorial service was held on Wednesday, November 6th 2024 at 6:00 PM at the Greenup First Baptist Church (1116 E Main St, Greenup, KY 41144).
